We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to come onboard and join the team at our site in Bibra Lake (WA)!The key focus of this role will be to: Manage the maintenance team across the Bibra Lake site Responsibly manage the site repairs and maintenance budget Play a key role in upholding safety and compliance standards on-site Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external parties (such as OEM’s, contractors and suppliers) Ensure that preventative and reactive maintenance is planned and executed effectively – to ensure reliability of the machines Utilize relevant data to conduct root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement continuous improvement strategies, to avoid reoccurrences Effectively use the systems on-site to ensure that records and planning is accurately outlined (such as: maintenance planned, contract management, storage of regulatory documents, overseeing the spare parts on-site and ordering spare parts) Discover your sustainable future…We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
