Business Development Manager - Property Management
Join the dynamic team at Blaq Real Estate as our Business Development Manager in the Property Management department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for growing our residential property management portfolio across the Wollongong region. You will leverage your exceptional sales and relationship-building skills to secure new clients and drive business growth.
What you'll be doing
Proactively cold call, network and conduct market research to identify and convert new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Prepare and present compelling property management proposals
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the property management services of Blaq Real Estate
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the property management division
What we're looking for
3-5 years' experience in a business development or sales role within the residential property management industry
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients
Thorough understanding of the residential property management industry and relevant legislation
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives
Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
Relevant real estate qualifications or licenses are highly desirable
