Compensation: $200k Base Salary + Earned Equity (up to 50% total, initially 30%)

Who We're Seeking

We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded individuals ready to build and lead new high-growth ventures from scratch. You will not be managing an existing business—you will strategically construct and grow a new company as the CEO & Builder.

Ideal Founder Profile (ICP):

* Proven entrepreneurial drive and a builder mindset.
* Comfortable taking on significant responsibility and strategic decision-making.
* Able to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
* Strong operational and systems-building skills in marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve rapid growth and measurable business success.
* Passionate about innovation, willing to fully commit, and able to focus exclusively on building a single venture.

What You'll Do

As a Venture Builder, you will:

* Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operations for your new company.
* Build from the Ground Up: Establish effective marketing, sales, operational, and financial systems.
* Team Development: Recruit and manage a skilled, motivated team.
* Client Acquisition: Secure high-value clients, scaling revenue using proven HTV frameworks.
* Performance Reporting: Provide regular progress and milestone reports to HTV leadership.

What You Get (Term Sheet Highlights)

* Base Salary: Guaranteed $200,000 per year.
* Equity Ownership: Initial 30% equity upon securing 3 initial paying clients, scaling to 50% based on milestones:
* $500,000 sales → +5% equity (Total: 35%)
* $1,000,000 sales → +5% equity (Total: 40%)
* $3,000,000 sales → +10% equity (Total: 50%)
* Clear Vesting Schedule: Immediate initial equity, subsequent milestone equity vested 50% immediately, remaining 50% after 12 months.
* Profit Distributions: Dividends distributed pro rata with shareholder ownership percentages.
* Advisory/Operational Support: Ongoing strategic support from HTV in marketing, sales, operations, and overall business strategy.

Success Milestones

* 42 Days: Acquire 3 paying clients to validate the business model.
* 90 Days: Establish a sustainable six-figure annualised revenue stream.
* 12 Months: Scale the business to seven-figure annual revenue.
* Long-Term: Build the venture sustainably and strategically position it for growth and partnership opportunities.
