Our client is a well-known and respected trade services provider, who have been operating for over 30 years across south-east Queensland. Due to company growth, the Managing Director is seeking a Personal Assistant to support them with day-to-day business activities and personal errands and tasks.
Ideally this is a part-time position, offering 30 to 32 hours per week, which can be worked over four or five days.
**About the Role**
As the Assistant to the Managing Director your day will be varied, with changing priorities. Your responsibilities will include
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Travel coordination
- Preparation of presentations
- Document formatting
- File management
- Event coordination
- Expense management
- Research and project-related tasks
**About You**
You must be a good gate-keeper, organiser, pre-empter of requests and internal networker. With your high level of literacy and computer skills you'll be able to impress others with the quality of work you produce, maintaining the professionalism of the MD at all times. You should have a warm and friendly personality, with the ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group.
