We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team on a retirement living project based in the Eastern Suburbs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate and manage workflows for services coordination, shop drawing coordination, manage all observations and defects using Procore
* Manage site inductions with subcontractors/trades
* Manage all subcontractor scope of works
* Manage all project RFI's in Procore and ensure timely close out
* Managing all relevant Council and Authorities permit applications, and building permit inspections
* Assist CA with issuing notices, procurement, invoicing and variations management
* Liaising with suppliers on procurement lead time and meet delivery deadlines
About You:
* You will require a relevant higher education/tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline
* A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within commercial construction
* Exemplary organisation and administration skills
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Thrives in a team environment but able to work autonomously
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software packages
* Working knowledge of Procore software is essential
