* Location: Redcliffe, WA
* Contract Length: Until June 2026, high possibility of extension
* Pay Rate: $55 - $60 per hour

The Opportunity
As the Digital Communications Consultant, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the entity\'s digital presence. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Digital Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance on digital content and channels, including the website, social media, and Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs).
* Content Management: Curate, review, audit, and maintain digital content to ensure it meets both business objectives and customer needs.
* Digital Advocacy: Actively seek and advocate for opportunities to deliver communications efficiently via digital channels.
* Channel Strategy: Provide communication for the curation and delivery of channel-specific content and messaging.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to find and develop compelling content for the promotion of information and services via digital channels.
* Industry Trends: Research and stay abreast of the latest digital industry trends, advising the business on their applicability to enhance digital channels.
* Performance Analysis: Review, audit, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
* Effective Communication: Proven ability to curate and deliver effective communications tailored precisely to the specific channel and audience.
* Digital Platform Mastery: A strong, demonstrable understanding of various digital platforms, including websites, intranets, and social media.
* Advocacy & Initiative: The ability to initiate and facilitate effective conversations, championing proactive digital service delivery within the organisation.
Desirable
* Experience in social media advertising management and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
* An understanding of key principles such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), accessibility, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX).
