Annual salary $138,554 – $162,146 pa + 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

Provide strategic leadership to advance clinical education, service innovation, and expansion of the
CDU Health Hub.


About the Position
As the Clinic Director – Health Hub, you will provide leadership to academic and professional staff, fostering excellence in clinical education and innovative health service development in the context of facilitating growth and expansion of health services within the CDU Health Hub. This includes clinical governance, the identification and development of new delivery models and specialist services for the Health Hub based on expertise in the Faculty of Health. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical governance, financial sustainability and maintain line of reporting on risk management through to Clinical Governance Committee and Faculty Executive. You will work closely with the Health Hub team, academic staff, clients and stakeholders. It requires vision and energy to contribute fully through administration, clinical education and support for research.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

* Possession of a degree in a health profession that is recognised and leads to the appropriate registration or similar for practice in Australia.
* Experience managing a clinical service delivery and demonstrated commitment to quality service delivery and clinical governance in a health or support service.
* Business acumen with demonstrated experience delivering positive, innovative solutions to complex strategic and operational issues.
* Well-developed team leadership and service development skills.
* Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.
* Proven ability to use initiative and assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
* Experienced working with people in a community health setting context, including both adults and children, and accomplished in administration of discipline specific assessment and therapies.
* Highly effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to establish strategic alliances with internal, external and international organisations.
* Experience in the establishment and management of disability and or health services, including the use of digital health.
* Commitment to the University’s values.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level C. The base salary will be in the range of $138,554 – $162,146 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of
$162,108 - $189,710 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
