Emergency Medicine Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking skilled Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our regional emergency department as a Senior Staff Specialist, Staff Specialist, or Senior Medical Officer.
The role involves providing care to adult and paediatric patients in a busy 310-bed referral centre in Central Queensland. With an annual presentation volume of 55,000, this facility offers a comprehensive range of services.
About the Position
* Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
* Promote a culture of safety and quality improvement within the team.
* Participate in regular educational programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Hold MBBS or equivalent and eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Have Fellowship of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM) and registration as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine with AHPRA.
* Be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
