You will join a talented team within the broader Lion Marketing Team, focusing on the Heineken brand. The core purpose of this role is to drive, execute, and amplify big brand ideas across multiple platforms and connection points to enhance brand equity and conversion.
In this role, you will work within cross-functional teams to deliver key projects across both long- and short-term horizons. Joining a high-caliber, consumer-focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of your portfolio and key projects.
A day in the life..
1. Creativity: Lead and inspire agency partners or internal teams to elevate creative across all channels and touchpoints (paid, owned, earned).
2. Connections Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to shape and implement connection architecture to meet KPIs and ensure integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
3. Drive Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand message and visual identity across all touchpoints, including creative ideas, tone, and messaging.
4. Planning: Lead planning processes to ensure timely market deployment of communications and project delivery.
5. Data & Optimization: Utilize available data and insights to optimize campaigns, including owning post-campaign reporting and recommendations.
6. Digital & Social: Lead strategy and execution aligned with connection strategies across key digital channels, either directly or through digital agencies.
What you will need from day one...
1. Influence & Communication Skills: Ability to brief, inspire, and influence agencies to deliver world-class creative and connection strategies within brand guardrails.
2. Consumer Focus: Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that connect with consumers.
3. Drive Accountability: Hold internal teams and agencies accountable for timely project delivery.
4. Performance Marketing: Ability to derive insights from research and performance tracking to optimize creative and media plans.
5. Curiosity & Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and find better ways to engage consumers.
6. Knowledge: Understanding of creative development processes, channel strategies, media buying, campaign planning, digital strategies, and current trends.
Your experience will include 5+ years in a combination of
1. Integrated Communications Manager roles in the Alcohol or FMCG industry.
2. Experience with Creative, Digital, or Media Agencies as a Strategist or Planner.
