About the Role:
The Assistant Planner role involves supporting the development, coordination, and management of Development Applications and roll-out development programs for private, institutional, and government clients.
* Support in preparing Statement of Environmental Effects Reports and Plans of Management.
* Provide town planning advice to clients including Town Planning Feasibility Reports.
* Foster relationships with stakeholders including key clients, public sector agencies, and other professionals.
* Attend site inspections as required.
* Monitor trends, best practices, and policy changes in town planning.
* Support project management, pre-lodgement, and community consultation coordination experience.
* Develop understanding of different state planning systems across Australia.
* Collaborate with professional experts including Architects, Engineers, Ecologists, Landscape Architects, and Acoustic Consultants.
