Urban Stays is an Accommodation Management Company with management agreements with several companies such as Canberra Accommodation Centre and Providence Park.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
* Planning and reviewing office services
* Establishing priorities of the office and management standards
* Establishing the office administration standards
* Overseeing human resources allocations space and equipment for accommodation processes
* Assigning tasks to admin staff members and reviewing staff performance
* Managing administrative paperwork and office accounts
* Maintaining the availability of supplies and equipment
* Ensuring compliance with work health and safety regulations and any additional applicable laws to the business
* Conducting staff recruitments, payroll, performance reviews and improvement

Pay
Pay: $77,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
