Ridley has an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail‐oriented Logistics Co‐ordinator to join our Supply Chain team based in Toowoomba. Reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, stock transactions and logistics administration activities across Aqua Feed, Pet Feed and Primo products.
Working closely with internal teams, transport providers and external warehouse partners, you will help ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately, on time and in line with safety and compliance requirements.
The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating freight and dispatch activities, maintaining accurate stock and pallet records and supporting efficient warehouse and distribution operations.
* Coordinate daily freight planning and dispatch activities.
* Ensure compliance with Ridley's Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and procedures.
* Manage freight administration, transactional records and supporting documentation.
* Record and reconcile CHEP pallet and other pallet documentation.
* Support stock management across Ridley and external warehouses.
* Liaise with Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Warehouse teams regarding orders and dispatch requirements.
* Monitor dispatch timing, freight accuracy and DIFOT outcomes.
* Support logistics team functions and provide leave cover where required.
* Conduct business safely and in line with Ridley's policies and values.

Qualifications and experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of ERP/DRP/WMS systems and logistics operations.
* Previous weighbridge operations experience.
* Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse administration within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with warehouse administration, dispatch paperwork and pallet control.
* CHEP pallet account management and reconciliation experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be highly regarded.
