THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Warehouse Assistant at Darwin Motor Group, you will play a vital role in receiving, preparing, and maintaining parts for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing customer orders, supporting stocktake processes, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. It is important to maintain a safety-first mentality and be proactive in maintaining organisation.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a valid LF Forklift and NT driver's license, with a clean driving record preferred. Having a customer centric mindset, great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Parts operations is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receive and dispatch of incoming and outbound goods
* Pick, pack and delivery of customer orders
* Support stocktake process and maintain effective stock control processes
* Maintain general cleanliness
* Maintain a safety-first mentality across the business
* Other duties on an as needed basis
ABOUT YOU
