The Role
We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant who's ready to dive into the exciting world of technical recruitment. No recruitment experience? No problem If you've got a strong B2B sales background, a hunger to succeed, and the ability to think two steps ahead in a conversation, you'll fit right in.
This is a 360 recruitment role, which means you'll do it all:
* Business Development – Find new clients and build lasting relationships.
* Candidate Management – Source, screen, and place top talent.
* Account Management – Deliver exceptional service and keep clients coming back.
What We're Looking For
* A can-do attitude and self-driven mindset.
* Someone who thrives under pressure and loves being busy.
* Great rapport-building skills and the ability to "read the room".
* No fear of picking up the phone – cold calls don't scare you
* Strong commercial acumen (bonus points if you've run a business or smashed sales targets before).
* Hungry, ambitious, and ready to succeed.
