Recruitment Lead – Finance & Accounting (ANZ)
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to step into a Recruitment Lead role within a global financial services business. This is a chance to own the recruitment strategy across Finance & Accounting while leading a team and shaping outcomes that impact the wider ANZ region.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence across Finance & Accounting experienced hires in ANZ.
* Set recruitment strategy, aligning with business priorities and driving process improvements.
* Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, establishing credibility and influencing hiring decisions at leadership level.
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding business leaders on talent strategy, market insights, and negotiation of complex offers.
* Oversee compliance and governance, ensuring regulatory requirements and internal standards are met throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, driving participation in hiring events and embedding best practices across the team.
* Provide market intelligence, shaping workforce planning and talent pipeline discussions for current and future needs.
* Enhance candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand positively and consistently.
What We're Looking For:
* Deep recruitment subject expertise in Finance or Accounting with a strong understanding of market trends.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building focus coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Proven leadership experience—able to mentor, coach, and inspire a recruitment team to achieve results.
