About The Role
As a Parts Apprentice/Store Person you’ll receive full training and support to learn how to identify, source, and supply automotive parts to our customers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable industry knowledge and grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of monitoring and managing parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
* Picking and packing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Assisting customers with spare parts enquiries
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards
* Ensuring the correct allocation of stock
* Assisting the workshop mechanics with spare part enquiries
* Placing daily and urgent orders
* Collaborate closely with team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Forklift licence or willing to obtain
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
