Manager to lead the day?to?day operations, development, and optimisation of
our technology environment.
This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the
reliability, security, and strategic alignment of our systems?supporting
everything from manufacturing and supply chain performance to commercial
outcomes and data?driven decision-making.
Role Purpose
The IT Manager oversees Beak & Johnston?s core IT
operations, business systems, data platforms, digital tools, and
infrastructure. Working closely with the Director of Finance & IT, you will
drive the company?s digital maturity, support major transformation initiatives,
and ensure technology enables efficient and effective operations across the
business.
What You?ll Do
* Oversee
day?to?day IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
* Manage
ERP, MES, WMS, and other core business systems.
* Lead
data governance, data quality, and BI reporting improvements.
* Strengthen
cybersecurity across IT and OT environments.
* Drive
digital simplification, automation, and system improvements.
* Lead,
coach, and develop a multidisciplinary IT team.
* Partner
with business leaders to improve processes and reduce complexity.
What You Bring
* 7+
years in IT, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Experience
in manufacturing, FMCG, or operational environments.
* Strong
IT operations, systems administration, and ERP experience.
* Knowledge
of data governance, BI tools, and master data.
* Cybersecurity
and risk management experience.
* Bonus:
experience with O365, AWS, OT systems, or project management
certifications.
