Overview

As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will assist in delivering the concession store's financial targets and KPIs, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role also involves building a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
• Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
• Support the Concession Manager by ensuring the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
• Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development

Attributes you possess

• A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
• Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
• Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of the team
• Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Great opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant or Supervisor seeking progression in their retail career
