Job Description
We specialise in project engineering and project management to the FMCG manufacturing industries. Our team values independence, delivering quality projects, and building strong relationships with the people we work with.
The role will collaborate with various clients to develop, design, implement, and close out capital projects primarily working independently. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing packaging & equipment designs to meet client requirements
* Managing client & supplier relationships, including timely resolution of design issues, and defect items
* Managing contractors performing site works
* Commissioning and start-up of new/modified equipment
Working on-site is a primary requirement for this role, with sites located around Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Strong project management and technical food & beverage packaging engineering capability
* Leadership expertise ensuring all personnel on projects coordinate activities and deliver to plan
* Change management ability - thinking, communicating, and influencing change at a project level
* Constructive two-way engagement with all stakeholders
* Consistently achieving results and delivering promises (doing what they say they will)
Minimum requirements include:
* Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering discipline (Process, chemical, or mechanical preferred)
* Minimum 5-7 years professional engineering experience
