What’s the role? Provide home and community-based rehabilitation and therapy in ADLS, Upper Limb & Cognition Assistive technology assessment and prescription, including wheelchairs Perform home modification assessment & prescription Provide driving assessments and specialist driver training Complete Functional Assessments and reports Work with adult clients with a range of neurological conditions and disorders What’s in it for you? Experience working with people with a disability and speech, language, and/or swallowing difficulty. Knowledge of the concepts and principles of The Professional Standards for Speech Pathologists in Australia National Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle Current Working with Children Clearance Current membership to SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) Willingness to travel to regional and remote locations NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
