We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
* Manage progress claims, variations and cost reporting.
* Control documents, handle RFIs and provide programme support.
* Work closely with the site team to ensure quality, compliance and delivery timelines.
* This position is office-based in Liverpool, with regular site interaction as required.
Key Requirements
* 4–6 years' experience in construction project coordination.
* A strong background in commercial construction (hospitality, clubs, industrial, refurb or fit-out).
* Candidates from residential-only backgrounds will not be considered.
* Must come from a head contractor background.
* A solid understanding of procurement, contracts, financial control and project documentation.
* An ability to work hands-on within a lean delivery team.
* A reliable, low-ego, steady communicator who values stability and long-term growth.
