In this key partnering role, you'll help to drive value for the business and assist leadership teams to make key investment decisions by providing insight and commercial knowledge, while driving benefits and cost savings.
This role offers an opportunity to develop your finance partnering experience in the 'change the bank' arena.
You'll also be:
Partnering senior leaders in delivering the bank's investment strategy and influencing spend and investment priorities through strong commercial understandingUnderstanding and challenging financial performance, providing relevant insights including internal and external MICollaborating with other Finance teams for financial planning, forecasting, and analysisUsing data-driven approaches to solve strategic problems and contribute to automation and simplification of finance servicesReviewing and challenging resource allocation in investment decisionsThe skills you'll needYou should be a qualified chartered accountant with excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build influential relationships based on trust.
Strong planning and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk in a fast-paced environment.
