We are excited to offer a Business Administration Officer for individuals interested in working in the disability services industry.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete a series of assessments to help us better understand your skills and suitability for the role. These assessments may include cognitive testing, computer skills evaluations, and other relevant tasks. The results will assist in ensuring that you are set up for success.
Who Are We Looking For?
Our ideal candidate will be highly experienced in MS Office suite and a sound understanding of business administration operations.
Our candidate will support the team with:
* Administrative support and coordination across various business functions
* Engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Willingness to participate in our on-call roster
* Assisting with participant intakes
* Assisting with client documentation, reporting, and compliance
* Managing office systems, databases, and communications
* Assisting the rostering coordinator
* Assisting the Rostering Coordinator
What Skills & Experience Do I Need to Have?
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A keen interest in business operations and office administration
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and an eagerness to learn
* A genuine desire to contribute to the success of people with a disability
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software is an advantage
Essential Criteria
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Minimum 1 year experience in Administration
* Ability to work flexibly within business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A positive attitude, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the NDIS and its processes (Highly Desirable)
* Qualifications in Business Administration (Highly Desirable)
