This position requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse with a strong background in research, teaching, and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic programs, conducting impactful research, and providing academic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a full spectrum of academic responsibilities, spanning research, learning, and teaching.
* Conduct high-quality impactful research and generate competitive research funding.
* Provide academic leadership ensuring consistently high-quality experiences and outcomes are achieved for higher degree research (HDR) candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the community.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated and extensive commitment to higher education and nursing. You will also possess a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse, or ability to apply and obtain, and a proven track record of internationally recognised research that advances nursing science and impacts healthcare delivery.
