Job Overview
We are seeking a CEO to oversee our organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate financial statements and reports supplied by CEO
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
- Work with CEO to make sure all the board understand their fiduciary responsibilities
- Work with the CEO to draft the budget year
Qualifications
- 2+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in leadership and team management
- Robust organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community
- Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
- Prior experience in community-building or non-profit organizations is a plus
