About The Role
Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated CT / MRI Radiographer to join our team on a full-time basis at Northern Beaches Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, hospital-based imaging environment with access to advanced technology and a strong multidisciplinary support network. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional clinical standards. The candidate will work closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support efficient workflow within a busy hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform CT and MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and best practice standards
* Ensure patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all imaging procedures
* Operate imaging equipment accurately and efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
* Administer IV contrast in line with scope of practice and clinical protocols
* Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and accreditation standards
* Accurately document examinations and patient information
* Contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
* Demonstrated experience in CT, with MRI experience
* Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
