City Kia Richmond is looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to lead our busy service department and oversee a team of 10 technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, workshop organisation, and being part of a supportive family-owned business.

About the Role
As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the daily workflow of 10 mechanics/technicians
* Allocating repair orders and monitoring productivity
* Ensuring workshop efficiency and high-quality workmanship
* Supporting technicians with technical guidance when required
* Liaising with service advisors and management
* Maintaining a protected, organised, and positive workshop environment
* Assisting with roadworthy inspections and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or senior workshop role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Competent computer skills
* Ability to manage workflow in a rapid‐paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and team‐first mentality
* Roadworthy Licence preferred
* Kia dealership experience highly regarded but not essential
