The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for someone to join our Client Services Team in a dedicated IT support role.
You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same – from resolving technical issues remotely to providing onsite support for our regional clients.

What You’ll Do
- Provide frontline support as part of our IT Helpdesk team, assisting clients with a wide range of technical issues.
- Deliver onsite support for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across local client sites.
- Work closely with our Client Services Manager to schedule your day and align your tasks with client needs.
- Collaborate with our broader technical team to grow your knowledge and contribute to shared outcomes.
- Assist with proactive monitoring and maintenance of client systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.
What You’ll Bring

- Solid technical know-how – ideally in desktop support, networking, or Microsoft 365 environments.

- Ability to work independently while being a proactive part of a team.
The Essentials
- Full driver’s licence.
- Willingness to complete (or currently hold) a Working With Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
This is an onsite role – you’ll be based out of our Warrnambool office and visiting local client sites (no WFH available).
