Client: boutique Sydney law firm (details TBA via phone call)
Title: Office Manager
Start: ASAP
Location: Bondi Junction
Remuneration: $100,000-$130,000 p.a. incl. super
Checks: Australian citizen or permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen

About The Role:

* Manage all office administrative functions, incl. external stakeholders (IT, printers, cleaners, maintenance)
* Be the point of contact for interactions with the Law Society (excl. the Trust Account)
* Run the firm's LinkedIn page
* Event coordination, travel arrangements, calendar management
* Staff onboarding, off-boarding, and training
* Preparation of Employment Contracts
* Supervision of administration team
* Taking minutes during Leadership Team meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in law firm office management
* Be innovative in the use of technology to improve efficiency
* Advanced Microsoft Office expertise
* Software systems incl. Trello, ActionStep, DocuSign, Zoom, Xero, Lexis Nexus
