At MSWA, we're looking for dedicated individuals like you to provide exceptional clinical care, support, and supervision to our Clients staying at our City Beach Respite.Your Daily Impact As An Enrolled NurseDelivering high-quality nursing and personal care to residents, including conducting assessments and offering professional advice.Supervising and supporting Care Support Workers to ensure care plans are followed accurately.Assisting with the fitting of aids and appliances.Monitoring and administering prescribed medications.Maintaining thorough documentation and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Manager.Conducting regular reviews and observations of residents as needed.What We’re Looking For:A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.NDIS Worker Screening CheckAHPRA registeredOur ‘nice to haves’Experience in a similar role.A positive attitude (makes a huge difference!)Motivated and passionate to achieve deliverable outcomes for the team.And the benefits?As a not-for-profit organisation we are fortunate to be able to offer generous salary packaging options to all our employees.
