We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Perth Team. You will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for specific projects, ensuring delivery of objectives in conjunction with the project team and in line with the Mirvac brand.
Please note this is a 13 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract
**Your duties include but are not limited to**:
Assist in developing, implementing and driving S&M strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives
Coordinate, prepare, maintain and monitor of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
Prepare marketing briefs and presentations
Prepare project promotion material, press, online material and other project marketing deliverables Ownership of project brand and ensuring project's integrity
Ownership of project brand and ensuring project's integrity
Ownership and management of launch programme and campaign deadlinesManage marketing budgets, PCG reports, expense claims, invoicing and chair meetings as required
Facilitate competitor and customer research, analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops
Coordinate and attend project launches and events
Coordinate and implement activities that support sub-committees
Ability to analyse and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations into marketing strategies
Your point of difference
To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, indicative marketing experience (property industry highly regarded and excellent Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, CMS, EDM system skills
Experience with digital marketing channels and runnin end-to-en promotional campaigns is highly regarded as well as strong commercial/financial acumen and budget management expertise
Finally, you will be a team player, strong interpersonal skills and a adopt creative and forward thinkin mindset.
