One of the most premium boutique residential Developers in Melbourne require a gun Project Manager to oversee four projects at different stages.

This group has made a significant entry into Melbourne's luxury property market, focusing on high-end, boutique residential developments that cater to discerning owner-occupiers. Their projects emphasize architectural excellence, premium finishes, and prime locations. This group distinguishes itself through a consumer-driven approach, emphasizing design integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless customer experiences.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee all aspects from Design Development through to Project Completion / Defect stages and so forth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee 4-5 projects in various stages of the project life cycle
* Lead the project team, including head contractor and external PM, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring milestones are met.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local councils, planning authorities, and community stakeholders.
* Identify and address project challenges, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring clear communication on project status and key deliverables.
* Manage the design, and construction phases for future projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* MUST HAVE experience in delivering apartment projects, ideally on the client side.
* Strong understanding of planning, design, construction processes, and local building regulations.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, variations, progress claims etc.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
