Job Requirements:
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing a team of IT Service and Project Engineers
2. Providing technical oversight and ownership of Level 2, Level 3, and Project support requests
3. Ensuring service offerings and customer experiences meet contract requirements through operational management and continuous improvement
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and new innovations that support business growth
You will work closely with internal technical professionals and clients to deliver and continuously improve results.
