We are partnering with a medical devices company find a hands-on E-commerce / Performance Manager who can own performance marketing and drive online growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead SEM/SEO, challenge agencies, and shape the e-commerce strategy for both Australia and New Zealand.
The role
* Take ownership of SEM, SEO, and digital performance
* Build dashboards and reporting to track ROI and performance trends
* Challenge agencies to maximise results and budget efficiency
* Explore growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
Who we are looking for
* 4–8 years' experience in performance marketing and e-commerce
* Direct hands‐on experience running campaigns (not just reports)
* Strong analytics skills (Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent)
* SME-friendly, strategic yet hands‐on, able to operate independently
