From supporting customers and processing orders to partnering closely with our field and internal teams to deliver an exceptional Billi experience every time.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for sales enquiries by phone and email
* Processing regional sales orders accurately and ensuring timely dispatch
* Managing credit card transactions, RMAs, credits and coordinating freight
* Updating CRM records (NetSuite) with customer interactions, next steps and reporting data
* Preparing quotes, proposals, brochures and sales collateral
* Coordinating installations and upgrades with State Service Team Leaders
* Supporting sales representatives with lead and opportunity management
* Providing administrative support to the Sales Leadership Team
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer outcomes
* Completing daily, weekly and monthly reports
About you
You're organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
You bring
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite and/or Salesforce desirable)
* Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office
* A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
* Previous experience in sales support or customer service
