In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across our diverse retail network to provide trusted advice on all things people-related.You'll be the go-to for guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace matters, and interpreting legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. From drafting key documentation and supporting underperformance processes to helping resolve complex disputes, your advice will make a real difference in creating positive outcomes for both team members and the business.You'll also contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the Advisory team, support our P&C Specialist on complex cases (including investigations), and play a key role in nurturing a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver great results.ResponsibilitiesThe role is responsible for advising line managers on a range of workplace matters, including disputes, underperformance, and compliance with employment laws, while drafting relevant documentation.
