We're seeking a dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our growing team in Port Pirie.
The Delivery Specialists primary objective is to deliver and pick up living aid equipment with a customer centred approach. You will correctly set up and demonstrate products to individual clients and healthcare providers including hospitals and aged care homes and assist in the warehouse as required.
This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check and evidence of COVID-19 and current Flu vaccination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellence in customer service to clients and healthcare facilities using a customer centred approach
- Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals
- Undertake correct assembly of equipment and client support through the demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirements
- Set up trial equipment
- Undertake efficient scheduling, time management, and administrative duties
- Client liaison to co-ordinate and organise delivery and pick up times as required
- Undertake stock management duties as required
- Unpacking and assembly of products in warehouse
- Basic repair and service of healthcare equipment as required
Essential:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to perform manual handling
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region, with occasional overnight stays
- National Police Check & NDIS Screening Check
- Fully vaccinated against Covid & current Flu.
