**RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR**
**Location: Sydney**
**Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions**
The Receptionist/Team Administrator position within the Sydney, responsible for the general management of reception, general office areas and general administrative support as needed. Reporting to the Chief of Staff.
The duties for this position are as follows:
- Greet visitors
- Coordinate mail and deliveries
- Ensure the meeting rooms are used as per online bookings and support people by booking rooms through the online tool if required
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy and equipment is working (work with IT on the equipment). Also ensure the general office area is tidy
- Do setup for meetings and functions in the office, including ordering of any required catering
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy and all supplies are kept topped up. Stack and unstack dishwasher. Maintain coffee machine by making sure pods, water and milk are topped up and machine is cleaned every day
- Book couriers on request
- Fire Warden and First Aid Officer for the office
- Order office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Issue access cards for both our office and the building as per the supply of cards you maintain in conjunction with HR
- Book travel and process expenses for the Country Manager.
- Processing of office, sales & HR invoices, which includes creation of purchase requisitions and receiving against Pos
- Issuance of Visa Invite Letters
- Ordering of business cards on request
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
