About the Role:

Our client is completing a stunning new display homes in the Southern Highands, and as such they are looking for a new home sales superstar. You will be incredibly well supported by an established organisation with structure, process and procedures. As New Home Sales Consultants, you will be self-motivated, capable of working independently to provide excellent service to potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Home Sales, based out of two brand new display homes
- Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate new leads and expand market opportunities.
- Engage with customers to design their dream homes and expertly navigate them through the entire sales process to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Analyse market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience in New Home sales and have a willingness to learn and a desire to forge a successful career in the home build industry
- Networking Expertise: Exceptional ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with diverse clients.
