Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Residential Aged Care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with older adults and help them maintain their independence through evidence-based care.
You will be responsible for delivering reablement-focused therapy to residents, including mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.
Your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding as you collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans and deliver one-on-one reablement therapy.
