Remuneration: $35.51 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts

About the role:
Responsibilities
Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting daily activities.
In-home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
Provide care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan.
Support community-based recreational and social activities.
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Qualifications
Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential
Experience with technology incl.
smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
