About the role
This is a full-time Office Administration / Customer Service role with Amazon Pest Control Services, based near Mascot, NSW. As part of our customer-focused team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.
Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of pest control services
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the pest control or Property Management industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Competent in using office software such as Microsoft Office
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
