Are you highly organised, resourceful, and keen to be part of exciting national promotional tours?
We're looking for a dynamic Promotional Logistics Assistant to support our Directors and help keep high-energy projects running smoothly across the country.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities. You'll work closely with the directors to coordinate national promotional tours, national exhibition projects, assist in project management tasks, and handle general administrative and office support duties.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the end-to-end coordination of national promotional tours and exhibition installations
· Work directly with directors to manage schedules, bookings, and logistics
· Support in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events
· Liaise with suppliers, venues, and clients as needed
· Assist with logistics, planning, production and execution of signage and displays
· Provide general office support, including email management, filing, and data entry
· Help keep projects on time, on brand, and on budget
What We're Looking For
· Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A proactive, can-do attitude
· Previous experience in events, logistics, project coordination, or admin support is a bonus
· Flexibility to travel as required (during national tours)
· Knowledge of Australian cities and regional areas would be an added bonus
