About this Position
Achieve sales targets in a specific territory such as the McKay region through the development of new applications using Loctite technologies at end use level both in an original equipment level and in maintenance and repair situations throughout the industry.
What You'll Do
* Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
* Execute customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities Executes pricing actions
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
* Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
* Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
* Deliver KPI growth targets within defined territory / accounts
What makes you a good fit
* Mechanical trade qualification, or onsite maintenance repair or processing experience.
* Experience in retaining and building key relationships with various stakeholders.
* Proficient in using MS Office 365.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
