Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Physical Education (HPE) Teacher located in Queensland, Australia. The HPE Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote student physical health, well-being, and fitness. Daily tasks include developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, providing feedback to students, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum. The educator will also participate in school activities, contribute to student development, and ensure alignment with the school's educational standards and policies.
Qualifications
* Experience in Lesson Planning and creating structured, engaging curriculum content
* Background in Education with expertise in delivering HPE-related lessons
* Strong Communication and ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Proficiency in Teaching and Training students in a physical education setting
* A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with relevant teaching certifications
* Demonstrated passion for promoting physical education and holistic student development
* Commitment to uphold school values and create an inclusive learning environment
* Experience in extracurricular sports coaching is a plus
