The Role
We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join their accomplished team in Victoria.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in a diverse array of projects and clients, both metropolitan and regional. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining key customer relationships and ensure continued strategic growth of revenue
* Offering consultative support on cleaning and hygiene practices
* Promoting additional services and cross selling with other parts of the business
* On-site maintenance, equipment servicing and the odd titration
* Consulting on best practice surrounding chemical cleaning tasks and products

The Candidate
Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in the cleaning & hygiene industry
* Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
* Proficiency in cleaning protocols and procedures
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to promote products and services effectively
* Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Desirable attributes include knowledge of Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems, mechanical aptitude, and an existing network within the food production industry.
