Retail Compliance Executive
, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our branded retail stores meet internal and external compliance standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Control Compliance Framework Manager, you'll collaborate with Retail Area Managers, Partner Executives, and Territory Operation Managers across Australia to drive performance and compliance. You'll leverage insights, manage breach trackers, and support strategic decision-making to mitigate risk and enhance operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption of compliance metrics across retail channels.
Lead updates to the Quality Control Process & Policy Breach Tracker.
Conduct site inspections (minimum 2 per month) and "check the checker" QA reviews.
Manage Branded Retail Scorecard disputes.
Provide insights to support strategic compliance initiatives.
Support regulatory responses including TIO systemic issues, fraud investigations, and audit committee actions.
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience
in the Retail Telecommunications industry.
Background in
store management
Strong knowledge of
Power BI, Tableau, JARVIS, Pronto
, and
Microsoft Excel
.
Deep understanding of
retail compliance, regulatory, and privacy requirements
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
