About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead service delivery across Tasmania within our Disability & Ageing Services division. This role requires a strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services that improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and older adults.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including customers, families and carers, health professionals and community groups. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to meet customer needs while ensuring operational efficiency is maintained.
