Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role as Office Administrator located in Hoppers Crossing, VIC. The Office Administrator will handle various day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, facilitating internal and external communication, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organisation.
This role is for 9 month contract to support maternity leave. We can accommodate full or part-time.
Key tasks included:
* Procure stock
* Keep up to date our internal CRM system.
* Assisting with booking flights, accommodation as well as stock transfers.
* Manager and update time sheets.
* On-boarding new staff.
Qualifications
* Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration responsibilities
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Knowledge of common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Training will be provided.
