**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to support
the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain data models, data integrations, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
- Technical skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data visualization.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven history of mentoring and managing a
team of developers and analysts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
**Desirable Skills and Experience**:
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
- Azure Data Factory experience.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
